Do I have to pay for pickups or shipping to my customers?
Fortunately, No charges for shipping of orders locally (Nigeria) but Peerless is unable to determine the shipping cost for oversees shipments, hence our thirty-party partnering courier company (GIGL) will determine what the cost will be. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting us.
What if I have not received my order?
If an item from your order is yet to arrive, please be patient as it is more than likely being shipped from one of our global warehouses. Feel free to contact us at support@peerless.ng for an update on the status of an order.
How can I pay for my order?
Peerless has got your back! We accept the following payment cards: Bank Transfer, Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal payments.
Is it safe to order online?
You can be rest assured that shopping with Peerless is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, our warehouse team receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us a message at complain@peerless.ng with your order number, the name/item you were supposed to receive and any further details that may help us resolve the issue. We will be in touch within 3 business days to resolve your issue.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we can only accept exchange of an item if the reasons alien with our return & refund policy. However, you can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please see our returns policy and follow this process.
What are the delivery options?
All orders are shipped using our third-party delivery company God is Good logistics (GIGL). As we stock inventory in various warehouses across the country, this are the most efficient method of delivery.
What state do you deliver to?
We currently ship and deliver to the states and locations our third party shipping company deliver to.
What are your shipping coverage zones?
We currently has a presence in 85 locations in 30 states across the country.
Our delivery locations are divided into 6 zones determined by the distance of your sending station to the receiving location.

Zone1: e.g. – (Within Lagos)
Zone2: Lagos to other states – Auchi (AUC), Ekpoma (EKP), Warri (QRW), Benin (BNI), Ilorin (ILR), Ibadan (IBA), Akure (AKE),
Asaba (ASA), Osogbo (OSO) Sango Ota (OTA), Abeokuta (ABK), Asaba (ASA), Onitsha (ONA)
Zone 3: Lagos to other states – Aba (ABA), Abuja (ABV), Enugu (ENU), Owerri (ORI), Port Harcourt (PHC), Yenagoa (YEN),
Umuahia (UHA), Awka (AWK), Uyo (UYO), Calabar (CBQ), Abakaliki (ABL).
ZONE 4: Lagos to other states- Kano (KAN), Kaduna (KAD), Minna (MNA), Zaria (ZRI), Jos (JOS), Makurdi (MDI), Lafia (LFA).
Home delivery
We currently offers Home Delivery in these (19) locations for shipments within the size range of a (Standard Courier Box).
Abuja (ABV), Port Harcourt (PHC), Asaba (ASA), Owerri (ORI), Ilorin (ILR), Lagos (LOS), Onitsha (ONA), Akure (AKE), Abeokuta (ABK), Osogbo (OSO), Ibadan (IBA), Benin (BNI), Kaduna (KAD), Abakaliki (ABL), Enugu (ENU), Warri (QRW), Jos (JOS), Kano (KAN), Awka (AWK)
Shipments sent to all other locations aside these will be referred to as Terminal Pickup.
Home Delivery for Large Shipments:
Large Shipments can be delivered ONLY in these locations below.
Lagos (LOS) / Kaduna (KAD) / Jos (JOS) / Kano (KAN) / Abuja (ABV) / Port Harcourt (PHC) / Benin (BNI) / Ibadan (IBA) / Osogbo (OSO).
All orders above 5kg will attract an extra charge, you will be contacted if your order is above 5kg.
 How long does delivery take?
All orders are usually packaged and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using GIGL. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier.
All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as third party company delays.

What is your returns policy?
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be undamaged
- Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging

Do you offer refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refund, we can only change the item for you.
Can I exchange my item for a different item?
Yes! You can exchange your item with a different item but the returning item must be in a good shape and also must be within the same price range, hence we don’t offer refund.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return or change of item cost will be at your own expense.
What if the item I received is my size?
We are sorry to hear you received a wrong zise. We make sure we upload the correct sizes and are in EU sizes. If the fault is from us, we will handle the return fees but if it is not from us, you have to bear the cost of return and re-delivery.
What if my item is faulty?
We are sorry to hear you or your customer have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 7days of purchase at contact@peerless.ng or WhatsApp +2347044114418 with images of the faulty item and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 14days for your change of item to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not receive another item after 14days of returning the item(s), please contact us at contact@peerless.ng with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
How can I track the status of my return?
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your re-delivery has been processed. Please note it may take 3-5 working days to receive a new item (s), depending on the delivery zone.
